Terms
Version 1.0 · Last updated 7 Oct 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Trajekt when you use it. They are short on purpose. The privacy policy says what we do with your data and is part of these terms.
What Trajekt is
Trajekt is a running dashboard: you upload your runs and Trajekt shows them to you. It is free. It is run by [operator name and address].
Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use Trajekt.
- Give a real email address you can read: it is how you sign in, reset your password and hear from us.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us at [contact email address] if you think someone else got in.
- One account per person.
Your data
Your runs and files stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Trajekt for you, as the privacy policy describes. You can export them or delete them, and your account, at any time.
Only upload files that are yours, of runs you did.
Fair use
Don't use Trajekt to break the law, to harm others, or to harm Trajekt: no attempts to get into other people's accounts, no overloading our servers, no automated scraping, and no uploading of files meant to break things.
What you can expect from us
We work to keep Trajekt available, correct and safe, and to keep your data secure and in the EU. But Trajekt is provided as it is, free of charge, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; the export on the Privacy page makes that easy.
Trajekt shows numbers about your running. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor about your health.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for data lost through causes outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account on the Privacy page; your data is then deleted as the privacy policy describes. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why. If we ever stop Trajekt, we tell you at least 60 days ahead so you can export your data.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you before the change applies. The version and date of these terms are at the top of this page.
Law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
